Agricultural Tyres and Wheels: Terms and Conditions

The following conditions are Agricultural Tyres and Wheels standard terms for all purchases.

1. Title to goods will not pass to the purchaser until payment has been made in full.

2. Terms of payment: immediate payment unless otherwise agreed in writing by ATW Ltd.

3. We reserve the right to charge interest on a day to day basis on any overdue amounts; without prejudice.

4. Any complaint concerning goods supplied by us will only be considered by ATW Ltd if it is made within 3 days of delivery and only on production of the ATW Ltd delivery note or the ATW Ltd invoice.
